Adult classes are a mix between classes taught by Chapel Theatre staff, and classes taught by other teachers, companies, or organizations that rent space from Chapel Theatre. The classes noted below with an Asterix (*) are offered by Chapel Theatre staff.

Tuesdays: Dance Fitness
- May 2 – June 6, 2023
- $90/session or $16 drop in

- Ziggy Stardust: A Bowie Dance Fitness Experience
- Taught by Corinn deTorres*
It’s Bowie, it’s dance, it’s fitness all rolled into one. This class is open to all levels of dancer from beginner to advanced. The focus is on getting a good sweat on and learning a dance piece at the same time. We will build on choreography each week, so best to sign up for the series, but we will review each week’s choreo if you miss or if you drop in.

Wednesdays: Dance Fitness

- Bey vs Rih
- Taught by TriptheDark’s Taylor McDougall*
Beyonce vs. Rihanna; 3 weeks for each that concludes in a dance off. This class is open to all levels of dancer from beginner to advanced. The focus is on getting a good sweat on and learning some dance choreography at the same time. We will build on choreography each week, so best to sign up for the series, but we will review each week’s choreo if you miss or if you drop in.

Thursdays: Flamenco

Classes are inclusive and focused on building body awareness, community, and cultural knowledge in a relaxed, supportive, and fun environment. I love to share my lifelong passion for and devotion to the arts with others.

Saturdays: Beginner Ballet
- May 6 – June 10, 2023
- $90/session or $16 drop in
- 11:15am – 12:30pm
- Adult Beginner Ballet
- Taught by TriptheDark’s Taylor McDougall*
This adult open ballet class is targeted towards new ballet dancers or returning dancers. If you used to take ballet but it’s been a minute, this class is excellent for brushing up on those rusty ballet skills. If you’ve never taken ballet and think this is the time to start, TriptheDark dancer, Taylor, will teach you the basics and work with you to learn what you need to know to get started. Ballet is great for balance, flexibility, and strength!

Saturdays: Tap
- May 13 – June 17
- 2-3pm Beginner
- 3-4pm Intermediate
