The courtyard is located between the main building and the Annex. It is behind a fence; the current access is through the parking lot, or through a gate at the main entrance to the Annex. The courtyard is roughly 1400 square feet.

The area can be used for parties, events, outdoor shows, and more.

Note that this space is currently not ADA accessible, but does have a ramp.

• $50 flat service charge for each event

Pricing For Meetings, Workshops, Classes

• $25/hour

Add-on To Any Rental:

• Bar service (beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, light snacks): $50 flat fee for up to 4 hours
