The Annex Studio is located in the building adjacent to the main theatre. It is available for ongoing classes, one time workshops, ongoing or short term rehearsals, and events.

The studio is lined with windows, has a wall of moveable mirrors, and very tall ceilings. It includes a bluetooth speaker. The space is ADA accessible, has 2 gender-neutral single bathrooms, a couple tables, some chairs, and a couch. The floors are hard wood.

Useable space for classes and rehearsals is 25′ long by 20′ wide.

• $50 flat service charge for each event

Add-on To Any Rental:

• Projector: $50
• Bar service (beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, light snacks): $50 flat fee for up to 4 hours
