Artist Studios

Chapel Theatre also rents out 5 art studio spaces to local artists. See below for studio details, availability, and cost. Note: None of the art studios are ADA accessible at this time. Images coming soon.

Studio 1: RENTED

Studio 1 is a stand-alone shed next to the Annex building right off the parking lot. This studio is about 9.5’x7′ and comes with a built-in desk, one large window, and a space heater. This is a private studio; the only access to this whole building is the renter.

Artists have access to the Annex building for water, sinks, and restrooms.


Studio 2: AVAILABLE April 1

$450/month

Studio 2 is a stand-alone shed next to the Annex building behind studio 1. This studio is about 10’x10′ and comes with a loft, 3 windows, and a space heater. This is a private studio; the only access to this whole building is the renter.

Artists have access to the Annex building for water, sinks, and restrooms.


Studio 3: RENTED

Studio 3 is in the basement of the main theatre building inside the kitchen. The studio is L-shaped and includes 2 windows, a locked private entry, 8 wall plugs plus two 220v outlets. It is roughly 80 sq feet in total.

Artists have a separate entrance and have restrooms, an artist sink, and shared heat.


Studio 4: AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY

$300/month

Studio 4 is in the basement of the main theatre building and sits adjacent to Studio 5. This studio is about 7.5’x10.75′ and includes 2 overhead lights, 1 ceiling plug, 2 outlets on the wall, and 1 window. The studio has a locked private entry.

Artists have a separate entrance and have restrooms, an artist sink, and shared heat.


Studio 5: AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY

$350/month

Studio 5 is in the basement of the main theatre building and sits adjacent to Studio 4. This studio is about 9.5’x10.75′ and includes 2 overhead lights, 4 outlets on the wall, and 1 window. The studio has a locked private entry. The shared heater/AC lives in this unit, but the walls of all studios don’t reach the ceiling to allow airflow between units.

Artists have a separate entrance and have restrooms, an artist sink, and shared heat/AC.
