Studio 1: Unavailable
Studio 1 is a stand-alone shed next to the Annex building right off the parking lot. This studio is about 9.5’x7′ and comes with a built-in desk, one large window, and a space heater. This is a private studio; the only access to this whole building is the renter.
Artists have access to the Annex building for water, sinks, and restrooms.
Studio 2: Unavailable
Studio 2 is a stand-alone shed next to the Annex building behind studio 1. This studio is about 10’x10′ and comes with a loft, 3 windows, and a space heater. This is a private studio; the only access to this whole building is the renter.

Studio 3: Available
$180/month
Studio 3 is in the basement of the main theatre building and sits adjacent to Studio 4. This studio is about 9.5’x10.75′ and includes 2 overhead lights, 4 outlets on the wall, and 1 window. The studio has a locked private entry. The shared heater/AC lives in this unit, but the walls of all studios don’t reach the ceiling to allow airflow between units.
Artists have a separate entrance and have restrooms, an artist sink, and shared heat/AC.
