The courtyard is located between the main building and the Annex. It is behind a fence; the current access is through an open fence panel soon to be a gate, or through a gate at the main entrance. The courtyard is roughly 1400 square feet and consists of the following:

• 2 picnic tables
• 25 folding chairs
• 1 bistro table with 3 stools
• 1 small table with 2 chairs
• 1 bench
• 1 porch swing
• String lights
• 3 sun sails for shade

The area can be used for parties, events, outdoor shows, and more!

Note that this space is currently not ADA accessible.

• $50 flat service charge for each event

Add-on To Any Rental:

• Bar service (beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, light snacks): $50 flat fee for up to 4 hours
