Act 1: Roughly 7 weeks ago, our world experienced a full nuclear meltdown. There is no electricity; our world is dark.
Act 2: It has been 7 years since we lost all electricity and society has somehow found a way to survive. We continue to rely on natural light, a dwindling stockpile of batteries, and if we’re lucky, gasoline.
Act 3: 85 years have passed in this post-electric world. We have been innovative, we have relied on the support of one another; we have survived. Thank you for joining us for our annual fall cultural event!

Bonnie Auguston
Bonnie is grateful to have been asked to join this multi-talented cast for her first show at Chapel Theatre. She has participated in various productions in the Portland area at Clackamas Rep, Lakewood Theatre, NW Classical, Anon it Moves, and others. Some personal highlights include: Brooke in Noises Off, Vera in And Then There Were None, Pauline in One Man, Two Guvnors, Nurse Ruth Kelly in Harvey, and Juliet in Goodnight Desdemona (Good Morning Juliet). She has also appeared on TNT’s Leverage, and in several independent films and web series. The Simpsons holds a special place in her heart as the forbidden show that she and her sister would watch as soon as the parents’ car pulled out of the driveway. Doh, sorry Mom and Dad! She has such cozy memories of snuggling up with a bowl of Kraft Mac n’ Cheese as the clouds parted and that theme song began. This show is dedicated to Kristin, the quickest channel-changer in the West. Special thanks to Lisa Neher for coaching, this whole cast and crew for their hard work, and love always to Jayson for endless support.
