Fool House Improv Class

Mastering the Stage: 12-Week Improv Course
This fall, Fool House Art Collective and actor Kirill Nikitenko invite you to join a 12-week improv theater course for adults in two locations: Milwaukie and Portland. Classes are held in Ukrainian and Russian.

In November 2023, we launched the very first adult improv group and presented the immersive performance Purple Light. It was an incredible experience of play, laughter, voice, and connection.

This season, we are expanding: offering classes in two locations and preparing a final performance on a real theater stage.

Why join this course?

  • A safe, playful space to disconnect from routine and just be yourself
  • Improv as a way to live more freely, respond more vividly, and connect with others
  • Not about “acting” — it’s about remembering how to be authentic

Who is it for?

  • Anyone who misses the joy of play
  • Those who want to overcome stiffness, awkwardness, and self-control
  • People looking for “time for themselves” without obligations
  • Anyone seeking live connection and support

  • Final open show on stage for an audience
