The courtyard is located between the main building and the Annex. It is behind a fence; the current access is through the parking lot, or through a gate at the main entrance to the Annex. The courtyard is roughly 1400 square feet and is the process of being remodeled and will soon include a stage and a seating area under a pergola.

The area can be used for parties, events, outdoor shows, and more starting May 2026.

Note that this space is currently not ADA accessible.

• $50 flat service charge for each event

• $25/hour

Add-on To Any Rental:

• Bar service (beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, light snacks): $50 flat fee for up to 4 hours
