Wearable Art Exhibit is a new kind of event at Chapel Theatre featuring pieces represented from local theater/tv/film, fiber arts, cosplay, drag, and wearable art communities.
The Exhibit will showcase fascinating pieces that have been on stages, in competitions, conventions, and events in a unique close-up environment. Giving more visibility to costuming and wearable art as a centerpiece, this exhibit offers a rare audience experience. This exhibit is a chance to come together and celebrate colors, diversity and the creativity of these communities. There is something for everyone while supporting Chapel Theatre.
Friday, December 10 and Friday December 17 will include a meet and greet with the designers from 6-10pm. Other showings include Saturdays and Sundays the weekends of December 11 and 18, from 10am-5pm. Chapel’s bar will be open with beer and wine options on Friday nights and weekend days from 1-5pm. Tickets range $20-25 with the option to include a donation.
