The Lashbrook Brothers (Jim, Don and Stephan) first played in a band together almost 50 years ago. Their sound has evolved into a mix of rock, blues, country, folk and jazz, which makes them about as “Americana” as anything, with a decidedly 1960s flavor. After all these years of playing and singing, and recording with lots of different people along the way, the LashBros have just released their first CD of original music, titled simply LashBros.
All three sing and they play a variety of different instruments — sometimes switching in the middle of songs. They are definitely still rockin’ after all these years.
Come early and enjoy the Theatre’s delicious pizza with a glass of beer, wine or other beverage. The party will start with a mellow groove provided by guitarist Hamid Shibata Bennett, doing his Soundscapes to Soothe and Inspire.
